অনিয়মিত ঋতুস্রাবের চিকিৎসা
নারীদের সাধারণত ২৮ দিনের সার্কেলে ঋতুস্রাব হয়। অর্থাৎ ২৮ দিন পড়ে পড়ে ঋতুস্রাব হওয়া স্বাভাবিক। স্রাব সাধারণত ৩ থেকে ৫ দিন পর্যন্ত বর্তমান থাকে। এ নিয়মের ব্যতিক্রম হলেই অনিয়মিত ঋতুস্রাব বলে বিবেচিত হয়ে থাকে।
যদি কারো ২১ দিন থেকে ৩৫ দিনের মধ্যে প্রতি মাসের সার্কেল হয় তাকেও স্বাভাবিক বলা হয়।
অনিয়মিত ঋতুস্রাবের কারণঃ
- শরীরে ইস্ট্রোজেন ও প্রোজেস্টেরন হরমোনের তারতম্যের কারণে এই সমস্যা হয়।
- জন্মনিয়ন্ত্রক ঔষধ হঠাৎ বন্ধ করে দিলে।
- মানসিক চাপের ফলে।
- শরীরের রক্ত কমে গেলে অর্থাৎ এনিমিয়া হলে অনিয়মিত মাসিক হওয়ার আশঙ্কা থাকে।
- অনেকের ক্ষেত্রে ওজন বেড়ে গেলে এই সমস্যা হয়।
- জরায়ুর বিভিন্ন জটিলতার কারণে হতে পারে।
- সহবাসের সময় পুরুষের শরীর থেকে আসা অসুখের কারণে হতে পারে। যেমন : গনোরিয়া, সিফিলিস ইত্যাদি।
- টিউমার ও ক্যানসার ইত্যাদি রোগের কারনে হতে পারে।
- প্রি মেনোপজের সময় হয়ে থাকে।
- যেসব নারী শিশুদের বুকের দুধ খাওয়ান সেসব নারীর অনিয়মিত ঋতুস্রাব হতে পারে।
কখন ডাক্তারের কাছে যাবেনঃ
- যদি বছরে তিন বারের বেশি ঋতুস্রাব না হয়।
- যদি ঋতুস্রাব ২১ দিনের আগে এবং ৩৫ দিনের পরে হয়।
- ঋতুস্রাবের সময় বেশি রক্তপাত হলে।
- সাত দিনের বেশি সময় ধরে ঋতুস্রাব হলে।
- ঋতুস্রাবের সময় খুব ব্যথা হলে।
জীবনযাপনে পরিবর্তনঃ
- শরীরের ওজন সবসময় নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখতে হবে।
- মানসিক চাপ মুক্ত থাকার চেষ্টা করতে হবে।
- পুষ্টিকর ও স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার খেতে হবে।
